12 of Ariocarpus kotschoubeyanus scions were set in 95 mm square pots for the rooting in the afternoon.
They were grafted in 2014.
I thought all of them were A. kotschoubeyanus f Rio Verde but 1 of them seemed A. kotschoubeyanus v elephantedius.
It is hard to make a multi-heads plant from seedlings but the grafting makes the job easier.

12 scions of Astrophytum myriostigma cv Onzuka ranpo gyoku were degrafted and set in 85 mm square pots for the rooting in this morning.
They were also grafted in 2014.
1 of them has grown poorly.

I have to degraft 168 scions grafted on Pereskiopsis in total in this spring.
Degrafting job will continue.

Since Onzuka is based upon tulense, own-root seedlings tend to elongate.
You can get flat Onzukas when you grafted seedlings.

9 scions of Astrophytum myriostigma v nudum cv khoyo, kikkou were degrafted and set for the rooting in the afternoon.
Although I grafted 12 seedlings in 2014, 3 of them were too small to degraft.

8 degrafted scions in 85 mm square pots.

1 of them was too large to fit 85 mm pot and so a 125 mm square pot was used.

I degraft all scions grafted on Pereskiopsis when they were 2 years old.
