And what a mess it is ! Good luck using it people, you have to answer a bunch of questions before you get a pretty vague answer !

Anyway, that's bereaucracy for you I suppose! It wasn't broken, so why fix it ? Guess they have to use our tax dollars for something!!

What's the difference between a Pachycereus Pringlei and a Carnegiea Gigantea?
According to ICON/BICON one is a weed and the other isn't.  lol!
